What the Expo is

Built, not just coded

Tech & Beyond Expo is ITL Makers Hub's annual event for young people who want practical skills for an AI-driven economy. One day brings together talks, panels, workshops and exhibitions, with real hardware in people's hands.

Every edition has its own theme and its own programme. The mission stays the same: close the gap between what students learn and what the industry needs.

  1. Hands-on

Workshops where you wire, build and run things yourself.

  2. Free to attend

Sponsors and partners carry the cost, so entry stays open.

  3. Industry in the room

Startups, engineers and companies share the floor with students.

Where this is going

From one day in Accra to a global event

We are building Tech & Beyond Expo to last. The goal is an event that returns every year, brings in speakers and partners from across Africa and beyond, and grows into a global gathering for hardware and AI builders.

This site is the home for all of it: every edition, every programme, and the people who made them happen.
